TERMS OF USE
Within this User Agreement (“Terms”), “we” or “us” pertains to AnytimeStickers L.L.C.
(trading as AnytimeStickers), and “you” refers to the individual or entity (assuming you
are representing an entity or employer) either visiting www.anytimestickers.com (“Site”)
or procuring the sticker-printing services provided via the Site (“Services”).
It is a requirement that you are of an appropriate age to possess a valid credit card and
be able to form a legally binding contract to utilize the Services and purchase Products.
If you do not satisfy these conditions, please refrain from purchasing Services or
Products.
To access or use certain features, creating a user account on the Site may be
necessary. You are responsible for selecting your username (which we have the right to
accept or reject at our discretion) and password. You must maintain the confidentiality of
these account details, and you are responsible for all activity related to the Services that
occur under your account.
SERVICES & ARTWORK
You are permitted to use our Services to create personalized products, including
stickers and labels (“Products”) featuring logos, designs, and Artwork of your choosing
(“Designs”). To produce these Products, you are required to supply us with the images,
logos, designs, or any other content that you wish to be printed on your Product. You
assure us that you possess or have acquired all necessary rights to the Designs needed
for the following:
- Providing the Designs to us.
- Allowing us the licenses as per this Agreement and the rights given by you in
these Terms. - Permitting us to deliver the Services includes reproducing the Designs and
producing the Products with the Designs printed on them.- Shipping the finished Products to you.
Regarding your relationship with us, you retain all rights to the Designs you provide to
AnytimeStickers. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable, everlasting,
global, paid-up, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publicly exhibit, distribute, and
modify the Designs to (x) produce and ship the Products and (y) provide the Services.
Moreover, suppose you upload any other content to the Site, such as posting a review.
In that case, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, irrevocable,
worldwide, paid-up, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute,
and prepare derivative works from that content for our business purposes.
Your use of our Services and Products must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations,
and rules.
YOUR CONSENT TO THESE TERMS
By accessing our website or procuring Services or Products, you consent to abide by
these Terms.
PURCHASES
To purchase Products, you need to follow the guidelines provided on the website and
compensate us as outlined in the purchasing process. Your credit card statement will
show charges from “ANYTIMESTICKERS LLC” By proceeding with the purchase, you
are giving us the authority to bill your credit card for the declared cost of the Services
when you place an order. The mentioned fees do not include any applicable taxes. We
work with a third-party service for credit card processing. We will gather and pay sales
tax as mandated by the law. If we cannot bill your credit card for any reason, we may
notify you via email about this unsuccessful transaction and provide a link for you to
update your payment details.
ORDERS PRINTED
When you order from AnytimeStickers.com, apart from the permissions you give us in
the Terms, you also provide us with a non-exclusive privilege to showcase your Product
in our promotional campaigns as product examples and to present a copy of your
Product on our website or in other promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your
Products utilized in this manner, kindly inform us by filling out and returning this
Non-Disclosure Form, and we will happily comply with your wish.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
At AnytimeStickers.com, we neither support nor advocate for the content or sentiments
expressed in the orders we receive, and we disclaim any liability associated with these
orders. We retain the unilateral right to decline or cancel any orders made to us, either
via our website or otherwise, and we reserve the right to reject any orders or Artwork
without providing a reason.
While we deeply respect freedom of speech and self-expression, we staunchly oppose
hate speech. Consequently, we will not produce content that encourages violence or
hate against individuals or groups based on any of the following factors:

● Disability
● Ethnicity
● Gender Identity and Expression
● Nationality
● Race
● Immigration Status
● Religion
● Sex/Gender
● Sexual Orientation
● Victims of significant violent incidents and their relatives
● Veteran Status
DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY LIMITS, INDEMNIFICATION
We provide our services and website to you on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. Apart
from what is stated explicitly in our refund policy found at
https://www.anytimestickers.com/about/return-policy, AnytimeStickers.com
unequivocally disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind related to any
aspect of this Agreement, including the website, information on the Site, services, and
products, whether express, implied or statutory. This includes, without limitation, any
warranties of suitability for a specific purpose, merchantability, title, or non-infringement.
Under no circumstances will we be accountable to you for any indirect, incidental,
special, exemplary, or consequential damages, regardless of the cause, under any
theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or
otherwise), arising in any way in connection with or out of your use of our Site, services,
or products. Our total liability in connection with this Agreement and all services
provided under this Agreement, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, will not exceed
the fees paid to us by you for the services in the six months immediately preceding the
events giving rise to the liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnytimeStickers.com, along with its
owners, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns, from any actual or alleged
claims, lawsuits, proceedings, causes of action, and related damages, losses, liabilities,
costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to (a) the Artwork,
(b) the Products, or (c) your use of the products or Site.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
About our website and services, we’ve implemented a policy that respects copyright law,
providing for the removal of any infringing materials and the termination, under
appropriate circumstances, of repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, including
copyrights, among users of our online Site and services. Suppose you believe that a
user is infringing a work’s copyright(s) through their use of our Site and services, and
you want the allegedly violating material removed. In that case, you must provide the
following information in a written notification (according to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)) to our
Designated Copyright Agent:
-Your physical or digital signature;
-Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you allege have been infringed;
-Identification of the material on our services that you claim is infringing and that you
want us to remove;
-Enough information to allow us to locate such material;
-Your address, telephone number, and email address;
-A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use of the material is not
authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
-A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of
perjury, that you are either the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed
or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

OTHER TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Ensure you review the latest
version of the Terms each time you utilize our Services.
Your access and usage of the Site and purchasing our Services must adhere to all
relevant laws, regulations, and rules. Circumventing the security of our Site or systems
is strictly forbidden.
The content on the Site may be updated occasionally. Some of the material on our Site
might need to be updated at any given moment, and we are not obligated to update
such material.
Links to external, third-party websites may be available on our Site for your
convenience. We don’t control these websites; their access and use are entirely at your
own risk.
We own various trademarks, including registered ones. Using our brands, including the
AnyTimeStickers name and our distinct logo, without our prior written consent is
prohibited. Furthermore, we own all of the Site’s content and information.
All matters concerning the Site, the Services, your acquisition of Services or Items,
these Terms, and any disputes or claims arising from or related to them (including
non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and interpreted according to
Illinois laws. All legal proceedings arising from these terms or our website will be
exclusively instituted in the federal and state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
You waive any objections to the jurisdiction of these courts and their venue.
No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these terms will be considered an
ongoing or further waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or
condition. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these terms will not be seen as
waiving such right or provision.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a
competent court or tribunal for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to
the minimum extent so that the remaining provisions of these terms continue in full
effect.
These terms and our privacy policy constitute the entire Agreement between you and
AnyTimeStickers, L.L.C. concerning our website and supersede all previous and
contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both
written and oral, concerning our website.
