If there’s a problem with the final product, please inform us within 30 days of receipt of your order via
email, or live chat on Regrettably, we cannot replace, or refund orders reported to
us after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date by our carriers.

We aim to get every order perfect on the first try, but we require your help to confirm the accuracy of the
artwork before production. Please thoroughly review all artwork proofs to ensure the design and details
meet your requirements.

If you notice any quality issues with the products you receive, let us know so we can address them. In
some instances, we might need your help to correct an order and may request a photo or further details
before reprocessing the order. Our goal is to make things right! Rest assured, we will only ask you to
return damaged or misprinted products after we reproduce your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders During Delivery

AnytimeStickers works with Customers to Make Shipping Stickers Easy.
UPS and USPS are our primary shipping partners, and we do our best to ensure prompt delivery of your
order. We guarantee the quality of your printed product and strive to get it into the hands of our shipping
partners as quickly as possible. We can only issue refunds for any issues with the quality of your order.
Any delays that affect transit time once the order is with our shipping partners are not covered under our
guarantee, and we won’t be able to offer refunds for orders delivered late.
We value our partnership with our shipping carriers, UPS/USPS, and our team will advocate for you if any
issues occur during shipment. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
