What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes all the way through the backing, so the sticker comes out in its own shape. Kiss cut leaves the sticker on a square of backing — easier to peel, easier to hand out.

Why an oval
An oval gives a long wordmark or a horizontal badge room to breathe without the hard corners of a rectangle. It is the shape of heritage labels, vintage brand marks and classic travel stickers, and it reads as deliberate rather than "a logo in a box".
Ovals are cut through the backing, so each sticker peels as a clean, smooth outline. We generate the cut path from the size you order; there is nothing extra to prepare.
Good jobs for oval stickers
Brand names that are wider than they are tall, bottle and candle labels, bumper-style badges, "est." seals, and city or club emblems. A wide oval on a bottle wraps more comfortably than a square of the same width, and it leaves room for a name and a tagline on two lines.
Materials, sizes and quantities
Choose Gloss, Matte or Clear vinyl. All are laminated and rated for three to five years outdoors, so oval stickers are waterproof, UV resistant and dishwasher safe.
Enter the width and height you need — anything from 1″ to 36″ per side — and the oval is cut to that box. A width roughly one and a half times the height is the classic proportion, but any ratio works. Orders start at ten pieces, with no setup fee.
Artwork tips
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD files up to 25 MB. Vector is best; a raster file should be exported at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Design inside an oval frame of the same proportions you order, keep lettering about an eighth of an inch from the edge, and let backgrounds run past it; we add the bleed.
Every order gets a free digital proof in your Proof Room showing the exact size, material and cut line. Changes are free and unlimited, and nothing goes on press until you approve it. We print in Itasca, Illinois and hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your approval; most US orders arrive three to five days after that. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Questions about oval stickers
Can I choose the proportions of the oval?
Yes. Enter any custom width and height between 1″ and 36″ and the oval is cut to fit that size. Your proof shows the exact outline before anything prints.
Are oval stickers good for bottle labels?
Yes. A horizontal oval wraps neatly around bottles and jars, and the laminated vinyl is waterproof and dishwasher safe once the adhesive has cured for about a day.
What if my logo does not fit an oval?
Send it anyway. We place it inside the oval and show the result on the proof; if the fit is awkward, the prepress note suggests a different size or shape before anything is printed.
How many oval stickers do I have to order?
The minimum is ten pieces. Larger runs lower the price per sticker, and the calculator shows the total for every quantity.

What happens after I pay?
We check your file by hand and open your Proof Room. Approve it and we print and ship in 1–3 business days. Ask for a change and a new proof comes back, as many rounds as you need.

My file is low resolution. Now what?
We say so in the proof and suggest the fix, usually a larger export or the vector original. The short version lives in the artwork guidelines: 300 DPI or vector, 1/8″ safe zone, bleed added by us.

Will the colour match my screen?
Close, but screens glow and ink does not. We print with a calibrated profile and flag anything that will shift noticeably. Ask for a sample pack if an exact match matters.
