How does the sticker credit work?+
You get $12 of credit each month you're a member. It's applied to your next order automatically — shipping and tax included — and never takes an order below $0. Unused credit rolls over up to $36 and expires if the membership ends.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from your Club dashboard in two clicks; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
What's founding pricing?+
The first 50 members who join on the annual plan pay $49/year instead of $120 — locked for life, every renewal, even if you leave and come back. The monthly plan is always $12/month. Once the 50 spots are gone the annual plan is $120.
Does the 10% stack with promo codes?+
Member pricing applies automatically. Deals are already discounted, so neither the 10% nor codes apply to them.
What does the priority lane actually promise?+
Your proof within 2 business hours of your order (business days), and printing within 12 hours of your approval. Repeats of an approved design skip the proof entirely.
