What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes all the way through the backing, so the sticker comes out in its own shape. Kiss cut leaves the sticker on a square of backing — easier to peel, easier to hand out.

Rectangles with softened corners
A rounded corner sticker is a square or rectangle with each corner cut on a curve. It keeps the efficient, text-friendly frame of a rectangle but loses the sharp points, which are the first thing to catch on a pocket, a shelf or a thumb and start to lift.
Rounded corners also look finished. They are the shape of most retail labels and app icons, so a design that feels "boxy" as a plain rectangle often looks more polished with the corners softened.
When rounded corners are the right choice
Labels that live on curves and corners: jars, tins, tubs, candle vessels and cosmetics. Gear that gets handled — water bottles, phone cases, helmets, tool cases — where a square corner would wear first. Packaging labels and seals on boxes that get stacked and shipped.
Materials and sizes
Gloss, Matte or Clear vinyl, all laminated and rated for three to five years outdoors: waterproof, UV resistant, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe.
Presets run from 2″ × 2″ to 5″ × 5″, and any custom width and height from 1″ to 36″ can be entered for rectangular labels. Orders start at ten pieces, with no setup fee and the price per sticker falling as the run grows.
Artwork
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD files up to 25 MB. Vector is best; a raster file should be exported at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Design to the full rectangle and keep logos and text about an eighth of an inch from the edge, and a little further from the corners, so nothing important falls on the curve.
Every order gets a free digital proof in your Proof Room showing the exact size, material and cut line. Changes are free and unlimited, and nothing goes on press until you approve it. We print in Itasca, Illinois and hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your approval; most US orders arrive three to five days after that. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Questions about rounded corner stickers
Why choose rounded corners instead of square corners?
Rounded corners have no sharp points to catch and lift, so they last longer on items that are handled, washed or carried. They also give labels a more finished, retail look.
Can rounded corner stickers be rectangular?
Yes. Enter any custom width and height from 1″ to 36″ and the corners are rounded on that rectangle. Your proof shows the exact outline.
Are they suitable for jar and cosmetic labels?
Yes. The vinyl is waterproof and dishwasher safe, so labels handle moisture, oils and washing. Apply to a clean, dry container and let the adhesive cure for about a day.
Is there a minimum order?
Ten pieces, like every product we print. Custom quantities go up in steps of ten.

What happens after I pay?
We check your file by hand and open your Proof Room. Approve it and we print and ship in 1–3 business days. Ask for a change and a new proof comes back, as many rounds as you need.

My file is low resolution. Now what?
We say so in the proof and suggest the fix, usually a larger export or the vector original. The short version lives in the artwork guidelines: 300 DPI or vector, 1/8″ safe zone, bleed added by us.

Will the colour match my screen?
Close, but screens glow and ink does not. We print with a calibrated profile and flag anything that will shift noticeably. Ask for a sample pack if an exact match matters.
