What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes all the way through the backing, so the sticker comes out in its own shape. Kiss cut leaves the sticker on a square of backing — easier to peel, easier to hand out.

Custom circle stickers, explained
Round stickers with a clean edge
A circle sticker is the classic logo sticker: a perfect round, cut through the backing so it peels as a disc. Round shapes suit badges, seals, stamps and marks that were designed inside a circle, and they sit well on curved surfaces like jar lids, coffee cups and bottle shoulders.
Because the outline is a true circle, you do not need a cut line. Set your artwork inside a round frame, or send a square file and tell us to fit the design inside the circle — the proof shows exactly where the edge falls.
What people use circle stickers for
Product and jar labels, packaging seals that close a bag or a box, "thank you" stickers for orders, coffee-shop and brewery logos, wedding favours and event badges. A small 2″ circle is a common seal size; 3″ to 4″ suits logos on laptops and bottles.
Materials and sizes
Gloss makes colours pop, Matte gives a soft, glare-free surface, and Clear vinyl lets glass or packaging show around the design. All three are laminated and rated for three to five years outdoors: waterproof, UV resistant and dishwasher safe.
Presets run from 2″ to 5″ across, and any custom diameter from 1″ up to 36″ can be entered. Orders start at ten pieces, with the price per sticker falling as quantity grows.
Preparing a round design
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD files up to 25 MB. Vector is best; a raster file should be exported at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Keep text and fine detail about an eighth of an inch inside the circle so nothing sits on the cut, and let any background colour run to the edge — we add the bleed.
Every order gets a free digital proof in your Proof Room showing the exact size, material and cut line. Changes are free and unlimited, and nothing goes on press until you approve it. We print in Itasca, Illinois and hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your approval; most US orders arrive three to five days after that. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Questions about circle stickers
What size circle sticker should I order?
Use 2″ for packaging seals and small product labels, 3″ for most logos, and 4″ to 5″ for laptops, bottles and anything seen from a distance. Any custom diameter from 1″ to 36″ is available.
Can circle stickers be used as jar or product labels?
Yes. The vinyl is waterproof and dishwasher safe, so labels hold up on jars that are washed or kept in the fridge. Matte gives labels a soft, glare-free look.
My logo is square. Can it go on a circle sticker?
Yes. We fit the artwork inside the circle and show the result on your proof. If parts of the design would be cut off, the proof note suggests a different layout or a different shape.
Do round stickers stick to curved surfaces?
They do; a circle has no corners to lift. Apply on a clean, dry surface above 50°F and smooth from the centre outwards. The adhesive reaches full strength in about a day.

My file is low resolution. Now what?
We say so in the proof and suggest the fix, usually a larger export or the vector original. The short version lives in the artwork guidelines: 300 DPI or vector, 1/8″ safe zone, bleed added by us.

Will the colour match my screen?
Close, but screens glow and ink does not. We print with a calibrated profile and flag anything that will shift noticeably. Ask for a sample pack if an exact match matters.
