What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes all the way through the backing, so the sticker comes out in its own shape. Kiss cut leaves the sticker on a square of backing — easier to peel, easier to hand out.

Custom rectangle stickers, explained
The workhorse label shape
Rectangle stickers are cut through the backing on four straight sides, in whatever proportions you need. Wide and short for a return address or a bumper message, tall and narrow for a bottle or a spine label — the shape follows the information you need to fit.
Most text-heavy designs end up rectangular: a product name above ingredients, a website under a logo, a slogan on one line. A rectangle gives that text a clean frame without wasting vinyl.
Where rectangle stickers are used
Packaging and shipping labels, return-address stickers, product and candle labels, bumper stickers, window and door notices, equipment and asset tags, and banners for laptops and toolboxes.
Materials, sizes and quantities
Choose Gloss, Matte or Clear vinyl. Each is laminated and rated for three to five years outdoors — waterproof, UV resistant and scratch resistant — which matters for bumper and outdoor equipment labels.
Presets include 2″ × 1″, 3″ × 2″, 4″ × 3″ and 5″ × 4″, and any custom width and height from 1″ to 36″ can be entered. The minimum order is ten pieces.
Preparing text-heavy artwork
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD files up to 25 MB. Vector is best; a raster file should be exported at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Convert text to outlines or send the font with the file, keep text at 6 pt or larger and lines at 0.5 pt or thicker at final size, and keep everything about an eighth of an inch from the edge.
Every order gets a free digital proof in your Proof Room showing the exact size, material and cut line. Changes are free and unlimited, and nothing goes on press until you approve it. We print in Itasca, Illinois and hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your approval; most US orders arrive three to five days after that. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Questions about rectangle stickers
Can I use rectangle stickers as product labels?
Yes. They are the most common label shape. The vinyl is waterproof and dishwasher safe, so labels survive handling, condensation and washing.
Can I make bumper stickers with this?
Yes. Enter a wide custom size, for example 10″ × 3″. The laminated vinyl is rated for three to five years outdoors. Keep pressure washers away for the first 48 hours after applying.
What is the difference between rectangle and rounded corner stickers?
Rectangle stickers have straight, square corners. Rounded corner stickers have softened corners, which are less likely to catch and lift on items that get handled a lot.
Can I put a different name on each sticker?
Each order is one design. For several designs, place one order per design, or use sticker sheets to put several designs on one backing.

What happens after I pay?
We check your file by hand and open your Proof Room. Approve it and we print and ship in 1–3 business days. Ask for a change and a new proof comes back, as many rounds as you need.

My file is low resolution. Now what?
We say so in the proof and suggest the fix, usually a larger export or the vector original. The short version lives in the artwork guidelines: 300 DPI or vector, 1/8″ safe zone, bleed added by us.

Will the colour match my screen?
Close, but screens glow and ink does not. We print with a calibrated profile and flag anything that will shift noticeably. Ask for a sample pack if an exact match matters.
