Online advertising we use

AnytimeStickers uses Google AdWords Remarketing and other third-party vendors to display our stickers across the Internet. AdWords remarketing shows you relevant ads based on your interactions with the AnytimeStickers website, achieved by placing a “cookie” on your device. This cookie doesn’t identify you or give unauthorized access to your device. Do you still need to be convinced and want to opt out of remarketing and advertising? You can opt-out by visiting Google’s Ads Preferences Manager or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

For any other questions about remarketing and cookies, please get in touch with us via email at marketing@anytimestickers.com.

Special circumstances for disclosure

Your information may be disclosed if required to safeguard our legal rights or in instances of actual or potential harmful activities. There may also be a need for disclosure if the law mandates it or if we receive a legal request.

How do we secure the information we gather

We utilize secure web pages to collect specific types of user information and encrypt certain types of data for storage. We adhere to sound technical and managerial practices to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the data stored in our system. Though no computer system is entirely secure, we have measures in place to significantly mitigate the risk of security breaches appropriate to the type of data involved.

Retention of user information

We typically store user data on our server or in our archives for as long as reasonably necessary. This practice may be adjusted in accordance with evolving needs. For instance, we may delete some data to optimize storage space. In some cases, legal requirements may necessitate keeping specific data for extended periods.

Usage of ordered products

By placing an order with AnytimeStickers, you provide us permission to use your product in our marketing materials and as product samples. If you prefer that your stickers or labels aren’t used in this way, please inform us, and we will respectfully comply with your request.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the shop for us, and only what each one needs: Stripe processes card payments and calculates sales tax; ShipStation and the shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) receive your name, address and phone number to create labels and deliver your order; Resend sends our order, proof and account emails; Google reCAPTCHA checks forms for spam; and our hosting providers (Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare) store the site, your account and your artwork. These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and hold your cart. With your permission where the law requires it, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited the site. These advertising tools let Google and Meta receive information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and items you added to your cart or purchased. Some US state laws call this “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. Everywhere else these cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time, as described in the next section.

Your privacy choices: Do Not Sell or Share

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” at the bottom of any page. This turns off our advertising tools in that browser. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid opt-out. To opt out for your email address as well (for example from customer-list advertising), email support@anytimestickers.com.

Your rights and requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account, by emailing support@anytimestickers.com. We will confirm your request and answer within 45 days. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires even after an account is deleted. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your agreement to this policy

Your usage of our site indicates your acceptance of this Policy. This constitutes our comprehensive and exclusive Privacy Policy, superseding any prior versions. We may make changes to it by posting a revised version on our site.
