What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes all the way through the backing, so the sticker comes out in its own shape. Kiss cut leaves the sticker on a square of backing — easier to peel, easier to hand out.

Custom sticker sheets, explained
Many stickers, one sheet
A sticker sheet carries several designs on one backing. Each sticker is kiss cut — cut through the vinyl but not the backing — so the sheet stays in one piece and every sticker peels off on its own. It is the format of planner stickers, merch packs and brand kits.
Sheets are the one product where several designs go into one file. Lay them out yourself, or send the individual designs and describe the arrangement; we build the sheet layout and you see it on the proof before anything prints.
Best uses for sticker sheets
Merch packs and shop products, planner and journal stickers, sets of emoji or characters, packaging inserts with a whole brand kit, classroom rewards, and labels for small products where many identical stickers fit on one page.
Sizes, materials and quantities
Presets are 4″ × 6″ (postcard size) and 8.5″ × 11″ (letter size); custom sheet sizes from 1″ to 36″ per side can be entered too. The price is per sheet, starting at ten sheets.
Choose Gloss, Matte or Clear vinyl. Sheets are laminated and rated for three to five years outdoors, so each sticker is waterproof, UV resistant and dishwasher safe once applied.
Preparing a sheet
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD files up to 25 MB. Vector is best; a raster file should be exported at 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Leave a little space between designs so each one has its own cut line, and keep everything about an eighth of an inch inside the sheet edge.
Every order gets a free digital proof in your Proof Room showing the exact size, material and cut line. Changes are free and unlimited, and nothing goes on press until you approve it. We print in Itasca, Illinois and hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your approval; most US orders arrive three to five days after that. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Questions about sticker sheets
How many designs can I put on one sticker sheet?
As many as fit with a little space between them. The proof shows the full layout with every cut line, so you can adjust it before printing.
Are the stickers on a sheet kiss cut or die cut?
Kiss cut. The blade cuts through the vinyl only, so the backing sheet stays whole and each sticker peels off individually.
What sheet sizes are available?
4″ × 6″ and 8.5″ × 11″ are the presets, and custom sheet sizes from 1″ to 36″ per side can be entered in the calculator.
Is the quantity per sheet or per sticker?
Per sheet. The minimum order is ten sheets, and the price per sheet drops as the quantity rises.
Can I send separate files for each design?
Yes. Send the designs and describe the layout you want; we arrange them on the sheet and show you the result on the proof.

What happens after I pay?
We check your file by hand and open your Proof Room. Approve it and we print and ship in 1–3 business days. Ask for a change and a new proof comes back, as many rounds as you need.

My file is low resolution. Now what?
We say so in the proof and suggest the fix, usually a larger export or the vector original. The short version lives in the artwork guidelines: 300 DPI or vector, 1/8″ safe zone, bleed added by us.

Will the colour match my screen?
Close, but screens glow and ink does not. We print with a calibrated profile and flag anything that will shift noticeably. Ask for a sample pack if an exact match matters.
